Customer: Excuse me, I don't know this shop very well.

                          Could you help me find some things?

 Cliente:すみません、わたし は この みせ を よく しらない の

                 で、しょうひん を さがす のを て つだって いただけま

                 せん か？

Shop assistant: Yes, of course. What do you need?

 Commessa:はい、もちろん です。 なに を おさがし で

                      す か？

Customer: Well, I need some ice-cream. Is that in the 

                      frozen food section?

Cliente: ええと、わたし は アイスクリーム が ひつよう です。 そ

                   れ は れいとうしょくひん コー ナー に あります か？

Shop assistant: Yes, that's right. Down there, next to

                                 the dairy and the fruit and vegetables.

Commessa:はい、そう です。 この つきあたり の にゅうせ

                   いひん と せいか コーナー の となり にあります。

Customer: Great, thank you. And I also need some

                      cleaning products.

Cliente: ありがとうございます。それと そうじようひん も

                  ひつような の です が。

Shop assistant: OK, they are over there, next to the

                                   till.

 Commessa:かしこまりました。それ は むこう の レジ の となり に あります。

Customer: OK, thanks. I also need some batteries.

 Cliente: わかりました。ありがとう。あと は でんち も ひつ

                   よう です。

Shop assistant: They're in the next aisle, on left hand

                                side, middle shelf.

 Commessa:でんち は つぎの つうろ の、ひだりがわ のま

                           んなか の たな に あります。
