Rachel: I don't feel well, I'm in a lot of pain.

 Rachel: わたし は ぐあい が よく ありません。わたし は い

                   ろいろな ところ が いたい です。

Andrew: What's wrong, do you have a sore head?

Andreas: どうした の です か？ あたま が いたい の です か？

Rachel: No, I fell over yesterday and really hurt myself.

Rachel: いいえ。わたし は きのう ころんで、ほんとう に いた

                      かった です。 

Andrew: You poor thing, did you hurt your leg?

Andreas: かわいそう に。あし を けがしました か？

Rachel: No, just my foot and ankle. I can't walk very well.

Rachel: いいえ、いたい のは （くるぶしから した の）あし

                  と あしくび だけ です。わたし は うまく あるけません。

Andrew: You need to go to the doctor, maybe you hurt your

                       back too.

 Andreas: あなた は びょういん に いく べき です。せなか も い

                        たく ありません か？
