Dialogue English and French 14 with caillou

Peter: There are so many chores to do. Shall 
            we do them now?

Peter: Il y a tellement de tâches ménagères à               faire. Est-ce qu'on les fait maintenant ?

Helen: OK, good idea. I don't like cleaning                 the windows though, can you do that?

Hélène: Ok, bonne idée. Mais je n'aime pas                  nettoyer les vitres, peux-tu le faire ?

Peter  : Yes, no problem. But can you iron the               clothes and take out the rubbish?

Peter  : Oui, pas de problème. Mais peux-tu 
              repasser les vêtements et sortir la 
              poubelle ?

Helen : OK, that sounds fair. Can you mop the floor too? The mop is in the

              cupboard.

Hélène: D'accord, ça me parait juste. Peux-tu 
               aussi passer la serpillère ? 
               La serpillère est dans le placard.

Peter: Yes, no problem. I like cleaning the                   floor!

Peter: Oui, pas de problème. J'aime bien                     nettoyer le sol !

Helen: I'll make dinner afterwards and then                we can relax.

Hélène: Je préparerai le dîner après et puis                    nous pourrons nous détendre.

Peter: That sounds great. Do you want me to 

            do the shopping?

Peter : Ça me parait bien. Veux-tu que je 

             fasse les courses ?

Helen : No, I think we have enough food.

Hélène: Non, je pense que nous avons assez 

               à manger.
